  Very disappointing... we were roomed in "SUNSET" room 2... which is like the downgrade of the rooms across the road... when entering, all we could smell was the toilet, and even worse,there is only one sink in the room which is in the smelly toilet... the shower head was loose..Toilet dirty, some dried vomit behind the toilet. the towels were dirty (black spots on it). the blanket smell was sweaty, so it wasn't washed or sunned out.. the cups are so tiny, and the cutlery dirty.... it seemed like the worst room to live in... The window handles are broken, and so it cannot close properly, and mosquitoes flying around in the room. we stayed for 2 days and will never ever return and will not recommend the place to any friend or family member. The room was old... and really needs renovating ....

  Average place. Great location! And friendly staff! Definitely good if you are saving a few bucks and want to stay close to the city!

  Town house apartments is one of the worst services I have ever encountered, purely for there lack of costumer service and reliance. All I needed was confirmation of my booking, however with the very apparent lack of communication skills and neglect to help rectify and come to a conclusion, a lack of comprehention of the situation I was unable to get an answer... At all, not even an explanation, just being directed to end of the phone line beeping. All I can say was that my experience was absolutely horrendous. Reception was difficult to get a hold of via phone, numerous attempts in trying to contact them only to be hung up uponor transferring me to the incompetent management, staff not being able to comprehend a solution to a problem, that seemed that they had not learnt how do deal with made it more difficult to find a solution to the MOST SIMPLEST inquiry, not surprisingly management was worse, as it seems I have been place on there voicemail list indefinitely SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, AND BOOK TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Great price for the facilities. The room was very spacious and had a large bar fridge in the room. Don't take a room too close to reception. You can hear people talking a lot there at night.

  Very pleasant staff underlining the fact that the units are dilapidated, the pillows are ten years past their use by date, all furniture is at least 30 years old. In short you get a 1 star room at a 4 star price. Feeling very ripped off.
