  Nice hotel close to Suva city. Lovely staff, good barista made coffee and a nice pool area.

  Rooms are nothing like the pictures on the sites. There was mold in the first room we got. The second room is on the 4th floor with no working elevator. The shower runs out of water in the middle of showering. Just not an experience one would expect for an establisment that has been around for so long.

  Well the rooms on Level 2 are very small in terms of twin share and if you are overly voluptuous good luck in the showers on the same level as the one in my room was very narrow. This hotel has just had a bit of an upgrade in terms of their bar and cafe. They do have a pretty cool bar but beware as they play the music loud. The cafe sells a pretty delicious brownie and when heated up and served with whipped cream it taste good. I felt like I was sitting in a cafe in Auckland city as opposed to Suva. The pizza is overly large and their main meals are quite big servings so a plus there. Staff are friendly and there is a little tuck shop where you can buy snacks and drinks. Its close enough to town and in a pretty good neighborhood with lots of people walking past in the morning's so their conversations if loud can wake you up. The porters at the door are very helpful with flagging down taxis and opening doors. The staff at reception were helpful. Note there are computers there one can purchase Wi-fi cards but its not set up like small business centres in other hotels that may have access to a printer so you have to send it to reception and they are able to print out or scan abd email things if you need it. The lift wasn't working the whole time we were there but they dis get someone to come look at it however could be working now.. Who knows? My stay included a continental breakfast - really loved the fresh fruits in terms of guava and watermelon. There was lots of museli, cornflakes white and brown bread for toast with butter, margarine, jam and marmite also a coffee machine with juice and water pretty standard and filled the gap in my tummy. There is a swimming pool there but not sure about getting pool towels as never used it. I also kept my valuables padlocked in my suitcase.. That's was just me being vigilant. All in all it was a place to lay my head after a days work without too much fuss or stress. Sorry no photos this post. Vinaka Vaka Levu.

  Pretty ordinary. The lift is out of action. We were allocated a room with no window. Really. You could do better elsewhere

  This review is not for the hotel but for their new bar that just opened (June 2018), right on top there with great hotel bars.
